Re: Use meta/build-and-upload

Hi Lucas and Abhijith,

Thanks for re-sending the emails. It was indeed email filtering, I didn't catch this until now.

I appreciate the point to the tooling and uploads; I'll take a closer look in the future.

Thanks again,
Simon

Hello Simon,

Your recent upload of ruby-terminal table, ruby-colorize broke jekyll
and origami pdf. Its perfectly OK to break things :), but will be lovely if
you use meta/build-and-upload from
https://salsa.debian.org/ruby-team/meta and check reverse dependencies
before uploading them to archive.

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/ruby-colorize

Please also ensure that you run 'gbp dch' or equivalent to generate a
complete debian/changelog entry, including all changes since the last
upload. For example, in ruby-glob, there are a number of commits[1] that
are not mentioned in debian/changelog's version 0.4.1-1 that you
uploaded[2].

[2] https://tracker.debian.org/news/1689854/accepted-ruby-glob-041-1-source-into-unstable/

This happened again in your uploads from yesterday.

Can you confirm that you read this mail?

Best,

Lucas
