I have just uploaded rails 7.2.2.2+dfsg-1, removes the reference to ruby-
actionpack-action-caching from debian/control.  It turns out this wasn’t 
actually needed, as it wasn’t a Depends, but a Breaks.

I have also file a removal bug against ftp.debian.org:

I don’t appear to have the necessary permissions to move the repository to the 
attic.  If someone who does have permissions sees this email I would 
appreciate if you would do so.
