It's very cool that we were able to figure this out. At this point I
strongly suggest that whoever is interested in Redmine talk to upstream
about whether they would consider taking the multi-tenancy support, so
it gets easier to handle in the future.
(yes, I could/should have done this when I was taking care of Redmine
myself, but life had other plans)
