Cédric seems to be available the next week as per his latest mail, unless my
interprettion is wrong,

to get the visa, and this is again one week before FOSDEM if people want to
attend this year.
For me at least this is preferable, because this probably gives enough time
to get the visa and could also help towards a possible fosdem attendance. If
we could tidy up the discussions soon and apply for visa from maybe the first
week of december or so, hopefully that is enough timeframe for getting the
visa. But certainly one can only hope and there is no guarantees.
Other than that, any date works for me more or less.
