ruby-appraisal is unmaintained for a while since it used to be a reverse dependency of open-build-service and it is not anymore. Now, open-build-service does not ship the web interface which is written in rails, so no dependency on ruby-appraisal.

This is a leaf package and the latest attempt to update it to the latest upstream version did not work well [1]. Please, remove this source package and its binary from the archive. One less package for the Ruby team to maintain.
