Maybe someone knows a way to extract the list of packages not in Testing, but in Unstable?

In the past, release team asked me[1] to search for 'Excuse' keyword at that link. Not sure if there's
an automated tool for that yet, but it might be worth writing one.

There are currently 136 ruby packages stalled from migration, and RC bug list for the same[2] is quite a lot.
