Hi Cédric

(apologies for the delay, I accidentally marked this as read before)

We would need a budget of about 13k€ splitted as follows:
- for SPI:
   - about 8.5k€ for plane tickets from members outside of Europe
- for Debian France:
   - about 3.5k€ for accomodation
   - about 1k€ for tickets for European participants
We understand that this is an expensive project, which is explained by
both the diffuse repartition of members accross the world, and the
unusual length of a whole week, as it would not make sense to travel so
far to stay just for a day or two.
We are kindly asking for approval of this budget.

I'm going to trust that the organisers of this sprint believes that everyone on the wiki page listed for travel are expected to be useful at the sprint in some manner.

Expense approved for up to €15000 for above costs.

It would be useful if you could create some pad / online sheet detailing exact costs (as in, flights per person, accomodation, etc, doesn't have to be down to every bottle of water) so that it would be easier for the TOs to track what has been paid from this budget and which amounts have been allocated.

thanks for organising this!
