I fixed jekyll 3 and now It at least builds and the tests are passing 
with Ruby 3. With that, there is no rush to get jekyll 4 in the archive, 
I'll be starting the process to make Ruby 3 as the default in unstable 
(coordinate with the release team, rebuilds, and so on).
