Getting rid of ruby-facets

Quack,

When I was young I found this collection of code a very good and 
practical idea.

Now I find this package a nightmare because each minor version requires 
a huge amount of work to sync the copyright file. It happened to me that 
at one point the author found reorganizing the layout and other things 
were a good idea so in term of stability this did not work well. On GH 
last commit is dated August 2018, and looking at the activity that year 
I would not expect it to come back to life.

So... unless one of you really cares I intend to correct what I consider 
a mistake.
(this package has no rdeps/dbdeps)
