There is no change in upstream source other than the person just bumped
version in gemspec file. If you can loosen version in its reverse
dependencies there is no need of an upload. :)
Oh, sure!
Although too small a change in the update, I hope it doesn't really affect diaspora in any way.
We're about to getting diaspora done and I'd like to eliminate every single possiblity that might stop us from doing so :)
