You should also state your reason for updating existing package in RFS
request.

I assume you don't have access to Debian-ruby team repo[1], cause I see
that changed ruby-json-schema exist in your personal repo. Please get
your access and commit the changes to team repo. After that I will
review your changes and upload :)
