Alioth repository becoming R/O and moving to salsa.debian.org

Hi team,

I am moving forward.
I am about to mark all repositories on Alioth as read only
(by linking as pre-receive hook the script
/home/groups/pkg-ruby-extras/scripts/pre-receive)
and import all repositories on salsa.debian.org under the debian-ruby
group.
