Dear ftpmasters,

spork was a preloading rspec runner. The rails community has moved
on to use "spring", which more or less does the same thing but is
"officially sanctioned".

spork upstream development appears to have ceased in 2014 and we
think it's been broken by rails 4.

Once this bug reaches you, all rdeps should be gone from unstable.

Please remove it from unstable.
