Upstream is using jquery2. So if we embed jquery2 instead of jquery, it would be better. It is working with embedded jquery2. I have updated ruby-jquery-rails git. I tried testing with jquery, but it seems dpkg refused to overwrite the symlinks. I realized this only after changing ruby-jquery-rails to embed jquery2. I can test again with jquery if embedding jquery2 is not possible (ie, if you are planning to ship jquery in libjs-jquery).
