Control: reassign -1 ruby-jquery-rails
Control: notfound -1 3.1.2-6
Control: found -1 4.0.4-1

This has nothing to do with redmine, but with the fact that
ruby-jquery-rails was upgraded to a version that breaks the redmine
dependency checking.
