handling ruby files inside app/ or doorkeeper library

Hi,

app directory has the following structure

views  validators  helpers  controllers  assets

Should all of it just be moved to /usr/share/ruby-doorstep or just
assets needs to be moved? If latter, what should be set as rails engine
root?
