Our transition tracker, which more is more or less the TODO list for
getting ruby2.2 as the default, is available at:

Note that by default the page lists only the packages that need to be
fixed, to show the ones that are already OK you have to select the
"good" checkbox in the "Filter by status:", right above the listing of
the packages.

If you happen to try any of the bad packages, and it builds successfully
on unstable ang gets proper support for ruby2.2 alongside ruby2.1, you
don't need to do anything about it; it will probably be OK at one of the
next rounds of NMUs.
