Also please check the reverse dependencies whenever you update any package. $ apt-cache rdepends ruby-typhoeus ruby-typhoeus Reverse Depends: ruby-diaspora-federation ruby-diaspora-federation diaspora ruby-webmock ruby-webmock is fine, but ruby-diaspora-federation will break. You'll need to update that also at the same time.
