Dear ftpmasters,

please remove "libhtml-htmltokenizer-ruby" from unstable, it is
effectively unmaintained in Debian and it's upstream is dead. It's
popcon is low.

Last upload to Debian was in 2007.
It's not been part of testing since 2014-02-02.
I no longer can find the upstream homepage.

There are no reverse-dependencies in unstable.
