It is PostgreSQL only. The same was working with an earlier git snapshot. They have moved to rails 4.2 and we are still on 4.1 I think that could be an issue. This method is part of foreigner library and I don't see it being imported anywhere. May be the new activerecord require it.

I may have missed a step. In earlier versions this was done differently.
