Hello,

for the obsolete rubygems data, here is an upload:

 ruby-http-parser (0.1.3-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Team upload.
   * reupload to ship new gemspec file
   * d/control:
     - added Testsuite header
     - bumped up standards version to 3.9.6 (no changes needed)
   * d/copyright,control: changed homepage to https


Could any dd please have a look?
