As an update, all the needed bits are in the archive, and the binNMU's
were requested (#757930).

I did a sourceful upload of ruby-debian and was able to test an upgrade
from wheezy with apt-listbugs and ruby1.8 (no ruby) to unstable and it
worked fine.

I am uploading ruby2.1 removing the circular dependencies.
