Hello,

another Gitlab update, ruby-virtus spec tests needs inflecto:

 ruby-inflecto (0.0.2-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Initial release (Closes: #741571)

Note: Since Copyright tells only: "The rails, merb & datamapper team", I have added
Upstream-Contact to the current maintainer of that lib.

Could any DD please have a look?
