Hi,

I have updated ruby-dbi to a new debian version.

Some comments:
  [David Suárez]
  * Update standards version; no changes needed
  * Remove transitional packages (Closes: #735727)
  * Add support for ruby2.0 (Closes: #720245)
  * Remove embedded copy of jquery
  * Remove deprecated option '--inline-source' from rdoc

  [Cédric Boutillier]
  * debian/control: remove obsolete DM-Upload-Allowed flag
  * debian/copyright: use DEP5 copyright-format/1.0 official URL for Format field

Can anyone review and upload it.
