Hello, I've prepared new versions of ruby-locale and unicorn. Could
anyone upload them? Thanks in advance.

ruby-locale (2.0.9-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (Closes: #690572).
  * Add previously missed unit tests.
  * Drop patches, they are included by upstream.
  * Build against gem2deb >= 0.5.0~ to add ruby2.0 and drop ruby1.8 support.

unicorn (4.7.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
  * Change debian/copyright to reflect upstream's license change.
  * Update patches:
    - Drop backported upstream commit 24b9f66d to improve handling of
      client-triggerable socket errors.
    - Backport upstream commit a1aa5c97 which fixes SO_REUSEPORT tests for old
      Linux and non-Linux.
