Hello,

I have prepared an new upstream version of librarian-puppet.
It's available in our git repro:

  git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-ruby-extras/librarian-puppet.git

Changelog:

  [ Cédric Boutillier ]
  * use canonical URI in Vcs-* fields
  * debian/control: remove obsolete DM-Upload-Allowed flag

  [ Sebastien Badia ]
  * Bump standards version (no changes)
  * New upstream version (Closes: #725914)

Could any developer please have a look and upload it, if it fits?
