RFS: ruby-bio

Hi,

I pushed to the repo a new version of ruby-bio. The package builds fine
in a clean environment. It has still a few lintian warnings:

W: ruby-bio: image-file-in-usr-lib usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/bio/shell/rails/vendor/plugins/bioruby/generators/bioruby/templates/bioruby-bg.gif
W: ruby-bio: image-file-in-usr-lib usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/bio/shell/rails/vendor/plugins/bioruby/generators/bioruby/templates/bioruby-gem.png
