RFS: mixlib-log transition to gem2deb

hi,

It builds fine with pbuilder, runs all tests successfully, it is
lintian clean, it unapply patches after build, uses github tarball
instead of gem as source for tests. Available of our git repo.

Please review and upload, it is a dependency for ohai transition.
