License for debian packaging of libmixlib-config-ruby

Hi Brian,

I have noticed you have chosen GPL v2 for debian packaging of
libmixlib-config-ruby while I'm transitioning this package to gem2deb.
GPL v2 and Apache v2 are incompatible licenses. Can we change debian
packaging license to Apache v2 (same as upstream license)? Also can I
do the same for other packages you hold copyright and if I see them?

You have to keep reminding your government that you don't get your
rights from them; you give them permission to rule, only so long as
they follow the rules: laws and constitution.
