problem with a package in git

Hi,
I have an issue with a package in git:
http://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-ruby-extras/ruby-cassiopee.git

My repository is created but empty.

Upstream tag (and data) is present.
However, there is no branch (master/pristine-tar/upstream).

I tried to import dsc, but I have an error:
$ git import-dsc --pristine-tar ../../../ruby-cassiopee_0.1.9-1.dsc
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/git-import-dsc", line 331, in <module>
    sys.exit(main(sys.argv))
  File "/usr/bin/git-import-dsc", line 297, in main
    gbpc.GitBranch()(options.debian_branch, commit)
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'commit' referenced before assignment

I think I already imported the dsc some time ago, as I started some updates on debian stuff, so it could explain the error, but not why the repo is empty.

I certainly did something wrong, but how can I go back to a correct status ?

Thanks

Olivier
