libtidy-ruby and new Debian Ruby packaging policy

Dear Dmitry,

As you may already know, a new policy is being established for the
packaging of Ruby libraries in Debian for Wheezy. See http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Ruby/Packaging
for details. In particular this implies a renaming of the packages (from
libfoo-ruby to ruby-foo), and gem2deb is the recommended packaging tool.

The library libtidy-ruby you maintain is a building dependency (required
to run the test suite) for the package ruby-bluecloth, maintained by the
pkg-ruby-extras team.

Would you consider applying this new packaging policy to your package
and maybe even maintaining this package inside the pkg-ruby-extras team?

Thank you!

With my best wishes,

	Cédric
