TODO list for Debian/Ruby & sponsorship requests

Hi,

According to http://pet.43-1.org/pkg-ruby-extras/pet.cgi, we have quite
a lot of things to do regarding existing packages (RC bugs, new upstream
releases, etc).

>From now on, I will only sponsor new packages (not already in Debian) if
the requester has done some of the "collective" tasks listed on that
page. I don't think that it's a too hard policy: handling new upstream
releases is generally quite easy, for example. And of course, other
sponsors can use different policies.
