Hmm, odd, but you probably don't need it.

Sorry.. you should've ran: debuild -us -uc
This requests unsigned sources and change(log/s). Since you are not
going to upload it, this does not matter.

You should not build as root.

Looks fine.

You can havae a look at which of these you actually have installed and install
them (first ruby1.8, then the rest).
