Could buildd rv-osuosl-01 be turned off?
Hi,
buildd rv-osuosl-01 has frequently (currently severel times per day)
build failures like [1] that look like a hardware issue, and it is the
only buildd of a release architecture with such issues.
My main worry are not the build failures themselves, but when we know
random corruption causes build failures frequently it is likely that
corruption also happens in some successful builds.
And one day such corruption might cause an obscure problem somewhere
that takes a lot of time to debug.
Reducing the number of active buildds from 9 to 8 might make it take a
bit longer to clear a long build queue, but IMHO this would be better
than not being able to trust that packages were built correctly.
Could buildd rv-osuosl-01 be turned off?
Thanks
Adrian
