Misconfiguration of /etc/hosts on ricci.debian.org

Hi!

While trying to debug elixir-lang FTBFS on riscv64  (see [1]), I've
found that /etc/hosts on the ricci porterbox does not match its IP
configuration. Specifically, /etc/hosts lists

140.211.166.207 ricci.debian.org        ricci

but `ip address` returns  the 140.211.166.208 IP address.

As a result, Erlang/Elixir nodes cannot connect to each other, so I
can't even get to the tests faling in [1].

Can someone fix the ricci configuration?
