My solution to this issue:

  The error occurs because /app/tools/lib/linux/libzip.a is only compatible with the amd64 architecture. My solution is to use the system-installed libzip library on non-amd64 architectures, instead of the static library file at the specified path.  I have tested this solution locally,and it works well.The debpatch is in the attachment.Please let me know whether this solution can be accepted.
