multiarch sync was just a side effect, this was really about glibc.

Version: 1.1.0-1
Package: libc6-dev
Breaks: libre-dev (<= 1.1.0-1+b1)
This binNMU should get src:rem out of the Maybe-Given-back loop.
Altogether there were 7 such packages, of which 4 were already Installed
(the other 3 need the binNMUs later).
