I just checked and if I'm not mistaken Port's mini-dak gained support
for "contrib", "non-free", and probably more importantly
"non-free-firmware" recently:

I'm not familiar with how the allowlist works for enabling builds, but
it seems Ports can now accept uploads to those new sections.
