Bug#1017374: neochat: ftbfs on neochat("undefined reference to symbol '__atomic_exchange_1@@LIBATOMIC_1.0'")

Source: neochat
Version: 22.06-1
Severity: minor

Dear neochat Maintainer,

The package has a ftbfs issue on riscv64 due to:

gnu/libQt5Gui.so.5.15.4 /usr/lib/riscv64-linux-gnu/libQt5Concurrent.so.5.15.4 /usr/lib/riscv64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5.15.4
/usr/bin/ld: CMakeFiles/neochat.dir/neochatroom.cpp.o: undefined reference to symbol '__atomic_exchange_1@@LIBATOMIC_1.0'
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/riscv64-linux-gnu/libatomic.so.1: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line

The patch/MR is trying to fix the issue. It's the first verified we've
communicated on IRC based on @bunk. The official reference is here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1017345

The MR is here:
https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/kde/neochat/-/merge_requests/2

So please let me know if there are any issues.
