Those riscv64 hardware machines for buildd must be shiped to Debian

And how about portbox also? Poerbox should be controled by DSA.

Yes, the buildds and porterboxen for the official ports usually need to
be shipped to existing Debian hosting locations. This isn't a hard
requirement, for some ports DSA had additional port-specific hosting
locations added, but that wasn't always a great experience due to
various deficiencies (no public IPs, no IPv4, no IPv6, firewall issues)
and having to deal with additional hosting providers.

These pages list the official DSA hardware/network policy:

https://dsa.debian.org/ports/hardware-requirements/
https://dsa.debian.org/doc/firewall/

At first I thought it was the same way for debci team reomte
accessing those riscv64 machines via stable network. These infos are
what the sponsor expressly wants to know.

All debci worker machines are not in debian.org and so they aren't
administered by DSA, so the requirements are different for them.

Ok, good to know these fact. Thank you, pabs.
