In the past we asked you to disable java on riscv64 as it was not yet
available. This has now been fixed, openjdk-{11,12,13} are now available
with default-jdk pointing to openjdk-11 like on other architectures.

Therefore would it be possible to re-enable java support on riscv64 in
one of the next uploads (no urgency for that).
