Thanks Paul. It is a regression since 11.3.0. Fixed in git since last week. Will upload a new version this weekend. This is the fix:

reportbug/ui/text_ui.py: update bug line regex

Now that we have 7-digit bug numbers, making the bug numbers align
can result in having leading space in the bug description line.
Update the number recognition regex to deal with that.
