python3-reportbug 7.10.3+deb11u1

Hey folks

To install the package on debian I had to edit several lines in the following files to remove instances of "f" before the quotes - I assume because the format library is missing from dependencies?

ui.long_message(f'Wrote bug report to {msgname}\n'
