Package: reportbug
Version: 7.5.3~deb10u1
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

For example, enter qemu-system-x86 into the package name field, then search for
already submitted bugs. Now you notice that the bug is actually in qemu-system-
common. Press the Back button until you arrive to the start, however, it's
apparently not possible to change the chosen package name except by restarting
reportbug.

this is by design: the back button is not really supported in the GTK
UI, and indeed you cannot change the package unless you restart;
that's because there are several checks happening at every stage,
depending on the package you selected at first.
