Bug#1002654: reportbug: Please report Desktop Environment which a user has logged in

Hello! Thank you for quick feedback.

I can judge from my point of view only. There are some bugs in the
telegram-desktop package where this information would be useful.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=859172
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=916589
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1001050

The last two reports are about a file dialog. But what is chosen depends
on availability of XDG Desktop portal and installed Qt plugins. In turn,
they are determined by DE. Telegram is not DE-specific application in
general, it however has some code influenced by desktop environment. It
includes notifications, tray icon, task bar counter and etc. Other GUI
programs may likely have similar features.

Telegram used to print DE in its log.txt file which my bug-script is
gathering. I almost extended my script to reveal the XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP
variable as well, but then I thought it was worth suggesting for
convenience of each maintainer. This info enables me to download a
correct .iso image[1] for reproducing an issue and for testing a
possible solution.

At least, Aport already reports Ubuntu flavor and as a result using DE.
Reportbug already collects current shell and AppArmor status. Though,
not every program is a shell script or running in containment.
