Bug#922985: reportbug: FullScreen flickering in Debian 10 (all video players, plus games with redshift enabled) RX550

Dear Maintainer,


Installing debian 10 if ound when gaming with redshift on the games would
flicker at full screen,the i watched some full screen videos and they flickered
too.Disabling redshift solved the problem only for games, in archlinux i would
add amdgpu.dc=0 and the problem would go away,in debian 10 it does not.
I expect-ed Flicker free full screen videos, Flicker free full screen games
with redshift enabled.

In mpv if open a video in borderless mode with resolution 1920x1077 no
flicker,borderless at 1920x1078+ and full screen flicker the same.
