In some programs like Filezilla or PhotoFilmStrip, partially in some
CodeBlocks, dialogs some keys are plain not working. Also happens in fresh
installed systems using buster / debian mate.
Affected are in any case: backspace, arrow keys and shortcuts like ctrl+c and
