Just run remmina. 
The application phone home and contact plugins.remmina.org and info.remmina.org.

Which i guess is not in interest of users as such auto-update features should be disabled by debian.

Domain plugins.* looks like for downloading extra plugins but debian provide them via remmina-plugin-*.
