Attached is a backport of this patch for 1.4.11 which fixes the issue
for me.
It would be great if you can consider this patch for bullseye.
Actually, upstream already provided me a patch to fix the issue but I'm lacking time these days to prepare a revision with the fix.
I'll try to upload a fixed source package tonight and file an unblock bug report, eventually.
