Bug#964147: enforce same version for installed freerdp2 bin:pkgs

I also had same issue with all backports I had used, is not only the
libfreerdp-client2-2 the issue, for example for workaround on latest
thinclient build I did:

sudo apt -t buster-backports install freerdp2-x11 libfreerdp-client2-2
libfreerdp2-2 libwinpr2-2

I'll probably do a MR with patch that fix all these deps (and same also
for the wayland client packages) probably today or next days
